I've found the answer to Win10 and chess titans. Do the following:-
- Uninstall Win10.
- Re-install Win 7 and the 227 updates!!
- Now play Chess Titans. Oh! happy days.

It's in Microsoft store. Click on the icon that says Store and type in Chess Titans.
