I'm sure they are aware of the problem by now, it has been reported by many users also in Germany.

Still, I doubt we'll get any fix till they release another update.

Edit: It did not work. I just went ahead and you kniw...Held shift and hit "uninstall quality update" under uninstall updates. Hope that fixes it.

So this didn't work for me aswell, it told me that access is denied both ways despite being the only user on this PC aswell as doing it in cmd admin

Yes, the access is denied, if you read my previous post, it tells you how to do it to get over the access denied.

You have to restart your PC in recovery mode and use the command line from there. CMD in Administrator mode won't do it.
