Weren't you using Dev Channel.. Did you switch to Beta?

I use Dev & take new Builds via WU (not clean installs from ISOs) and don't seem to have or see the glitches, issues or problems mentioned in the thread. And, I'm not even Irish. So, don't know why.

Except for occasionally various things will say (Not responding), momentarily, sometimes with an Exit or Wait box. Doesn't last long & whatever it was does go. Could well do without such behaviour, though❗

Oh & sometimes the emoji panel takes a moment or 2 to open.

This may be because the VM is not all that robust with 2G RAM assigned. But overall, no real complaints. Actually, I'm kind of liking/enjoying using and discovering 11. Everyone may not, but that's ok, too.

I'm glad to see the old snipping tool & Snip & Sketch are gone. I had wondered... always seems hard to understand (for me) when both legacy & new exist... I always wonder that it wouldn't be confusing to people. Fairly attractive design & layout to 'Snipping Tool'. Certainly, an updated, upgraded version of Snip & Sketch as opposed to looking or being anything like the old snipping tool.

    Cheers,

Same version I have too - I do not see much of a difference except rounded corners(which maybe was there before too?)

    Hi Sumit,

I uninstalled it and searched again MS Store and got exactly the same version as all the other machines.

    I don't see a new one yet.

Is there a way to completely reset the Mail app?

I had this issue on my Win 10 Desktop PC, and also with .132 update installed:

In the Mail app (setup with my IMAP email address) I can only view the Inbox. If I select another IMAP folder, such as Sent or Draft, it just sits there and freezes. I've removed the IMAP account (twice) and added it back, but still can only get it to view the Inbox folder. Other email programs, such as Thunderbird on the same PC, and Samsung Email on my Note can access all IMAP folders. Even the old Windows Live Mail on my Win 7 drive works fine.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Mail and Calendar > Advanced Options > Reset

    -Eddie

Ok, thanks, I'll give that a try. Not sure why the Mail app keeps freezing when trying to access the other IMAP account folders.

I've never done it, but right click the mail app in all apps and go to app settings. There is a reset button in there that includes repair and reset (app's data will be deleted).

Eddie, the file explorer "Working on it..." lag will be forever in all builds ?
