The one thing on the left side that stands out to me is:

Is this a work PC?

To find the License type;

* Please right click START the search and open CMD as ADMIN.

* Type slmgr /dli and press enter and kindly upload a screenshot of the result here.

I'm getting an attention page, but there is nothing that I can do. And the install is stuck at 35%
