Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

HI All,

I used the Windows 10 ARM insider Preview "VHDX" to setup this Windows.

From link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewARM64

I tried DISM/UI also installation failure with 0x800F0950, I tried to find this ARM version ISO to install from source.

However, there is no ISO provided (just has the VHDX)

Would like to confirm is Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image not supported .net framework 3.5 to be installed? Thanks.

Any news about this problem with Windows 10 Pro (Build 21354) running via Parallels 16 on Apple M1?

Nothing - this has me tearing my remaining hair out all week. Need dotnet 3.5 to install the only two critical apps I use parallels for! Have tried every supposed 'fix' on google and I cannot get 3.5 to install on any of my M1 machines. WE NEED A NEW BUILD!!

Hi all, I got the same issue ..F0950 with framework 3.5 on MacBook M1.
How did you manage to geht newer versions than 21354? There are no more updates for me.

Hello, yes those are the steps, but not works. It starts to insall but at 10% more or less, crahs with an error: 0x800F0950, and I can not continue... :( Remember that is Windows ARM with Mac Mini chip M1.
