Actually not, because I don't know where and which to uninstall, or delete

Open Device Manager, go to View > Devices by driver, locate oem63.inf, right click > remove.

Can't reproduce that here.

I tried here, in recovery after closing command prompt, I select continue and it just reboots fine.

I can't reproduce it anymore, must of been a temporary glitch of some sort.

I came across a new bug in the recovery menu, or at least one that I've never seen before.

If you select command prompt but then change your mind and decide to continue, the screen dims to almost black and the PC doesn't respond anymore, the only way out is to force a shut down.

Widgets still need sign in order to show contrary to previous build blog notes.

Same here on one machine, silly A/B game from MS, enable experimental features only on some random PCs. 🤣🤣🤐🤷‍♂️
