Taskbar Widgets keep closing, won't stay open

I downloaded the full Win 11 ISO today from Microsoft and installed it on my desktop PC (over Win 10 Pro). I had been using my laptop for the Insider Preview Beta. Everything works OK on the Desktop PC install except the Widgets. When I click on the Widgets icon, it flys open and then closes right away. Rebooted a few times, removed and added Widgets from the Taskbar, but it still closes right away.

Nothing else is listed, only Manage.

2021-10-20T07:36:29+00:00 When I go to Settings, Accounts, E-Mail and Accounts, Accounts used by other Apps.
It lists my sam@....... account twice. When I click on Manage, it looks like a window would about to open, but doesn't. Also, Add Microsoft Account doesn't open either. Just Add work/school account will open.
