Taskbar Widgets keep closing, won't stay open

I downloaded the full Win 11 ISO today from Microsoft and installed it on my desktop PC (over Win 10 Pro). I had been using my laptop for the Insider Preview Beta. Everything works OK on the Desktop PC install except the Widgets. When I click on the Widgets icon, it flys open and then closes right away. Rebooted a few times, removed and added Widgets from the Taskbar, but it still closes right away.

    I do have MS Edge browser installed, would have to check on Edge WebView2 Runtime.

    Here is mine on the MSI Laptop with Build 22000.194.

    On the Desktop WebView2 is 94.0.992.38 this one is still .31

    Widgets depends on a runtime library called "WebView2" which is tied to Microsoft Edge.

    Would doing the

    "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth"

    remove the ability to roll-back to Win10 (within the 10 day limit)?
