Same here. The Windows update installs Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221, after rebooting I got a green screen with error message and the system did not start.
I resetting the BIOS to setup default and try to restart, after the second restart attempt I got Windows to automatic repair.
Later in Windows I then see under the devicemanager that there is a problem with Microsoft Hypervisor Service and I chose to disable that.
Does this have to do with the fact that I previously activated Hyper-V?

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair.
One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.
In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.
Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt.
Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

2021-04-30T11:57:13+00:00 Eddie, is there a bug tracking for the Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221 driver? I think maybe it's using SCSI translation for NVME and SATA. That's why I am affected. I cannot update now with that issue. Thank you for your help.
