Inaccessible boot device after latest insider update this morning (build 21364)

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair. 

One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.

In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.

Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt. 

Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

MB: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI AM4 AMD X570

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz

GPU: Nvidia 1070<feff><feff>

Memory: 64 GB (4 x 16 GB Crucial Ballistix 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 )

Drive: Samsung 1TB 970 EVO NVMe M.2 Internal SSD

    So this happened to me as well.

    AMD 3700X 

    Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite

    I was able to get back into Windows after 4-5 restarts and my system automatically started diagnosing and fixing the boot failure problem.  It deleted all my BIOS settings, other than that everything seems to be running normally again.  

    Checking Windows Update history it does show the Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221 successfully install on 5/7/2021.  Now I am wondering if its safe to leave this driver installed on my machine.  Furthermore, I cannot see a way to uninstall it if I wanted to.  Its not listed in the Programs and Features list to uninstall.  Does anyone have any advice on that?  Safe to just leave it if my system seems to be fine again?

    after driver update: my M.2 storages are no more connected in windows. In Bios they are listed.

    What happens if this forced update has actually damaged hardware? Am I entitled to some sort of compensation? That actually sounds like a stupid question because I'm dealing with Microsoft here.

    I had the same issue except I am running an Asus Tuf gaming X570 with an AMD Ryzen 3700x. After the update my PC would boot but that's it nothing would work If I tried to open the setting it would not work. If I tried to do shift+ restart I couldn't I had to ultimately create a Media Installation Device on a USB. I booted the PC off the thumb drive I tried to repair it but it would not work. I tried to Uninstall the update and still would not work. Ultimately I had to reset my PC to a previous date and that ended up working for me.
