Thanks CK. Dell #1 is now running 22478 with no install issues. Also had the Stack Update and a .Net Update that required a restart.

I'd like to know myself, and that's not all every update does on its own without permission,
how about reverting sound and wi-fi drivers to an older version? that's very annoying!
Windows 10 doesn't do that.
WU also rolled back an Intel Display driver the other day.
