When I first finished the update rebooted option for "Spotlight collection" was not there, and a 2nd reboot did fix it for me as well! :)

Laptop says Switzerland, browser says Texas,
not even close. LOL

with the actual picture.

You could be right. On the laptop where the picture changed I
have the correct menu now. Guess I should Restart the Desktop again.
I already restarted several times; The blog says it can take up to 24 hours.

I see a new picture, but not a collection. Is it supposed to show up later in the day as suggested by the blog?
Yes, other pictures later, but a restart on the Laptop
did give me a new picture.
What I'm missing is the full menu on a right click.
All I have is the Open and Enter.
Which full menu are you referring to?
The picture you are showing, I only have Open and Enter.
