25926 installed ok but the CU for NET Framework (KB5028949) is showing as failed in Reliability monitor. DISM and SFC both completed without finding any problems.

Second desktop failed the first try with this error: and rolled back, second attempt worked fine. After the second attempt completed it also downloaded and installed Windows Intelligence Update without error. 👍 Now it shows nothing else to update: Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Version 23H2 Installed on ‎8/‎9/‎2023 OS build 25926.1000 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.25926.1000.0

Got the repetitive KB update that wouldn't go away. But after 25926 was released they both updated. The intelligence update appeared a while later and installed first time. Davy.

Ok, started out with that hanging KB update that would not install. Did the Pause Update thing and called for Updates and got the 25926 and the KB showed as installed waiting for a Restart. 25926 went to go ending. Upon an update check, it showed that "Intelligence " update as install. On another Update check, nothing shows. All is good. sofspra "If it works, fix it until it is broken"
