Oof that didn't work out
I just finished the restart and STILL greyed out, not sure what to do, and is there any chance I can now 'uninstall the update'?

Mine is not grayed out, I checked on both 22622 and 22621.
Even if you unenroll it is still going to stay on 2262x. It shows Queued for unenrollment, according to the message it will unenroll when that release goes public.
You didn't explain what your final goal is.
Are you trying to go back to 22000.xxx?

I'm on 621 and have no option currently to leave. I've tried from both the website, and also from within settings.
Everything is greyed out... seems like updating to the next build is my only choice, there may be an option to leave there
I still have not yet updated, and it's greyed out, but seeing that you are on the new build and it's available for you, I'm going to update right now and hopefully it works :)
