Build 25262.1000 live in Dev

They go to a thousand Insiders from each country if they work OK they add to the user base, imagine if they released to all and it didn't work

Thousands? Have you ever counted how many are actually reporting the bugs in the FBH or on these forums?

It is only insider users, at least they would have consistent feedback.

If it does not work, they can fix it on next version or Build.

That is the whole purpose of insider testing, find the bugs before they go G.A. 🤣🤐

The way they do it now, they miss most of the bugs and they take forever to fix them even when they are reported back. 🤐

After 5 days still no sign of the new Snipping tool version 11.2211.35.0 on any of my boxes at build 25262.

I still have the new version on a backup but not on the clean install. 🤷‍♂️

Why do they even announce it in a blog if they are not rolling it out to all insiders? 🤐

I hate the way they roll out these experimental changes. 😝😵‍💫

When they announce the changes, they should give the users the option to update to the new version or not, instead they keep playing this annoying game. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

That search button works fine, you don't have the SearchBoxOnTaskbar enabled, which also enables the Options in settings.

That explains why you don't have the bug. If I disable that feature it work fine also in Safe Mode, tried in different systems, same results.

Normal boot

Safe boot, taskbar missing, Win + R gives an error, can't open anything.
