    A .Net update with Every Single Build is enough of a "servicing test," I think, for these placebo ones to be discontinued.

    Same here, although just only 1 machine involved. This includes today's successful Servicing Test update, KB5003397.  All A-👌

    I got that part.  I just assumed there would be servicing details if it got to the point of a cumulative update with a KB.
