Well, as we always say, Insider builds are plagued with inconsistencies.
We don't own the rights to any specific bug, sometimes I have issues that you don't have and vice versa.
I saw your posts but I'd rather not reply IYKWIM.
The lock screen does show weather on .1343, I'll check the other channels later.

It works fine only my public Build 22621.1265. 🤷♂️

We are talking about 22621.1343 here.
My test was based on what I reported earlier and your own observation:
It does not show on the lock screen on any of these builds Dev 25300, Beta 22623.1325 or R.P. 22621.1343
All the other info are present except the weather. 🤷♂️

That fixed the problem with Widgets.
