Update Error in Windows 10 21H1 ( OS Build : 19043.899 )

While Updating to 2021-03 Cumulative Update Preview for windows 10 version 21H1 for x64-based systems ( KB5000842 )

The following error is displaying

Download Error – 0x800f081f

Kindly resolve it at your earliest

    I ran the Win Update Troubleshooter, it couldn't identify the problem,

    I ran the SISM online cleanup scanhealth, The component store is reparable . Operation Completed Successfully.

    I ran the DISM Restorehealth:  Error 0x800f081f Source files could not be found.  Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature.  For more info:  https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Link to =243077.

    I copied the DISM.log, but have no idea what to do next.  

    kb5000842 is gone and replaced by KB5001330 with error code 0x800f0984.  STILL UNABLE TO UPDATE MY PC.  I'm not as techie as most of you, just an old lady enjoying her PC.  btw, I only use Microsoft Security, no other anti-virus

    To work around this problem you can do the update using the setup from the official MS insider ISO file. 

    Do you know how to download the 19043 Insider Preview ISO ?

    I think currently it is still 19043.867. 

    Just mount the ISO and do a setup from there while online it will check for updates and bring you up to 19043.928.

    I tried again that 2 days ago and went from 19043.899 to 19043.928.

    Select your version and download from the link below.

    Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO (microsoft.com)

    Build 19043.928 is now out with a fix for this.

    • We have resolved an issue where some Insiders were getting an 0x800f081f error when attempting to install an early version of KB5000842. If you continue to hit an issue with the final version of KB5000842 update, let us know via Feedback Hub.

    Too bad 19043.928 did not fix this bug, if you try to update from 19043.899 to 19043.928 you get another error. Instead of 0x800f081f you now get 0x800f0984.

    I see another user in this forum (carlos.mendes) reporting this new error too.
