There has been no new CU released for 19043
therefore no it is not fixed yet.
buddy try to use media creation tool it fixed when i did that

What is the machine configuration that had the problem you describe ?
I thought there was a fix in 19043.964 for the problem with some NVMe drivers.
Are you still at 19043.899 or are you now at 19043.964 ?
