Build 25905 + ISO is out to Canary Insiders

Not a bug, they just added a check for vulnerability.

It also shows the error on Public Build 22621.1992, but I have not checked this on the Lenovo Laptop for quite some time, so I don't know when it started.

Yes, new for me too, I only got the problem on the Lenovo laptop, but without your top message.

The bottom line is that my Lenovo laptop and yours need a TPM vulnerability firmware update, but it is not available on the Lenovo Support site.

They only have it for specific laptops models.
