File Explorer truncated menu across builds

Split from this thread.

Same problem with 27723.1000. File explorer 3 dots menu opens upward regardless of the position of the window.

It truncates the menu when the window is close to the top of the screen.

Note that the View and the Filter menus open correctly downward, it is only the 3 dots menu that opens in the wrong direction. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Looks like they are propagating bugs from one build to the other instead of propagating fixes. πŸ˜πŸ€¬πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Sorry FG, then it's got to be something with

your setup because I don't see it here.

There are many other users that still get it. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

    Edit:

It does not happen with a display Scale of 100% or exact multiple.

The problem occurs with display Scale of 125%, 150%, 175% etc.

The bug was added by MS with an attempted fix for a different unrelated issue. πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

    Ohh, yea!

    [File Explorer]

    • Fixed an issue causing the See More (β€œβ€¦β€) menu to open in the wrong direction (and potentially display offscreen as a result).
