File Explorer truncated menu across builds

Split from this thread.

Same problem with 27723.1000. File explorer 3 dots menu opens upward regardless of the position of the window.

It truncates the menu when the window is close to the top of the screen.

Note that the View and the Filter menus open correctly downward, it is only the 3 dots menu that opens in the wrong direction. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Looks like they are propagating bugs from one build to the other instead of propagating fixes. πŸ˜πŸ€¬πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Yeah, I've seen that for a while on this site. I also saw people hesitated posting the method to remove that item. Is there a clear and safe way to remove that item, step by step?.

Easy, just look on a different non-MS site like eleven forum. πŸ˜ŽπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Running Windows 11 on Surface 5. Build 26100.2605 still has the issue with my recommended scale of 150% and all others except 100% 100% works correctly.

Yes, I know, MS is completely ignoring the solution. They added this bug when they enabled a useless fix for a completely different issue.

The attempted fix never worked for what they were trying to fix and instead it just added this ridiculous bug.

The workaround is by disabling the useless fix that the moderator keeps removing from my posts. 🀬

It is useless and now enabled by default in all 24H2 builds and also on Canary. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
