SOLVED - Display Brightness not working on 25314

On device 1 I download latest driver 31.0.101.2115 from Intel but it didn't help and now W.U. want to install old driver back.

The recording does not register the variation in brightness even when it works correctly.

The recording doesn't but the human eye does.

The ones affected who tried to change the brightness by looking at the recording knew it right away.

I'm sorry but I'm not going to delete the recording just to please you. End of!

I added a video clip to the original post which shows the bug for everyone to see regardless.

This is one adapter and driver failing to adjust Brightness with 25314.

The same drivers worked fine before the upgrade to 25314.

Tried 4 diffrent drivers including one from 2019, same issue. Same problem also with the Microsoft basic display driver.

This one was downloaded by W.U. just before upgrading to 25314 and it was working fine before the upgrade to 25314.

Same problem with this Driver and Build 25314.

The recording tool cannot record the brightness variation, so it is deceiving in this case.

Be that as it may, it's deceiving only to users not affected because you can still see the screen changing.

For those of us affected, it was pretty obvious that brightness wasn't working.
