I finally (got around to) rebooted my laptop and since then I've noticed that a number of windows, including metro apps, are showing missing letters. I've attached an image as an example. I also noticed that context menus and items in the start menu are also showing the same thing.

I had to restart my computer numerous times to use it. The first couple of times it locked up on the windows start screen.

This release has to be updated ASAP. I literally can't even see what I'm typing. It just shows up as smudges. If I highlight the text and then un-highlight or I cursor forward or back, the text shows up but then smudges again if I start typing. Some post's have said this is an issue with some video drivers. Judging from the amount of people seeing this it's a lot more than some. Microsoft, you have to fix this one right away because right now it's nearly impossible to even give feedback.

As a quick FYI I was unable to upgrade to the latest build. I was using the original preview under Hyper-V with dynamic memory configured for min 512M, max 4GB (on a 16GB ram system) I tried twice and the upgrade failed (sorry I'd meant to post the error codes but forgot to save). I then switched to a static 2GB ram configuration and the upgrade went through fine. I expect the upgrade process does not support dynamic memory, so if upgrading in hyper-v make sure you go static before trying any build upgrades. ideally windows 10 would figure this out and support hyper-v fully and/or provide appropriate feedback to the user..........
