Set up Windows 11 without internet - oobe\bypassnro

Ok, now on Insider builds you can't get it past anymore by killing OOBE Connection Flow. This is just nonsense.

How are we supposed to set up PCs that don't have any Wi-Fi/Ethernet drivers in the first place?

When killing Connection Flow you just get this message:

Here is the solution:

Open cmd with Shift + F10 and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO.

Your computer will restart and now you will have the "I don't have Internet" option.

No need to thank me.

    Good scope... I recently have had to change directories in order to complete the task.

    Never had any troubles until this last build...

    At any rate, I saw all over the net that people were like totally lost with it so I pitched my 2 cents. lol

    Dell Desktops have the same behavior with Fn + Esc.

    Different variations of Keyboards with different brands of PCs. 😎🤷‍♂️

    This example below has dual functions on the top row keys (HotKey and Function key). Which of the 2 functions gets associated with the Fn key is selectable in BIOS, it is just a user preference.

    Depending on the setting you may just need Shift + F10 or Shift + Fn + F10. No big deal.

    As for oobe\bypassnro typed directly from Windows\System32 I never had any problem with it. 🤷‍♂️

    On all Dell laptops I have (2 to 6 years old) this behaviour can be done on keyboard with Fn+Esc key.

    Ok... so, folks... you are making all this way too hard.

    back in the day we used command line to navigate ect...

    Its real simple. With the Shift/F10 feature (on newer laptops you might have to also use Shift/Fn/F10. (The Fn key).... so anyway... you will or should be at Windows/system32 I believe... now just change directories to Oobe. Now type in "bypassnro" and watch what happens... Its like magic. LOL\

    Solution: Install Windows 10 instead.
