The blog did say the SXSHARED_UCRT.dll might of stopped Backup working as well.

The new build is not calling SXSHARED_UCRT.dll anymore, it uses the existing sxshared.dll so there is no need for sxshared_ucrt.dll.
It works fine without it. I had it added as a workaround in previous build, and now I deleted it in Windows\system32.
I don't know if that was affecting also Windows Image Backup or not. The error was different. 🤷♂️
