Dev build 26080.1100 and Canary build 26080.1, Text Select Cursor issues.

Anybody getting this weird cursor in a black square instead of the normal one? See the 2 pictures below to compare. Second one is the normal one. 😵‍💫
Had to take pictures because the cursor does not show with snipping tool. 🤷‍♂️

This showed up in one machine and I don't see any way to change it.

Now MS created a messy collection for 2 completely separate problems.

One deals with Cursor disappearing, while the one I filed is for the Text Select showing up in a black square. So much for clarity!

They are just creating more confusion.

Probably the new bug they added in 26080 may be caused by some of the changes they made trying to fix the cursor disappearing.

Still the 2 symptoms are completely different, and do not seem related at all for including in the same collection. 🤷‍♂️
