I am still receiving the same error.
ISSUE IS FIXED!!!!!windows insider program showing, " We can't reach the windows insider Program right now. Please try again later or check the forms for info."

2023-08-20T19:33:06+00:00 i also had a problem not seen the windows update box on the windows update in settings so i uninstalled te last update and that wsa fixed but i can not get in to the windows insider still getting that error
The workaround for the no Windows Update
box is mentioned in the Beta build Blog Known Issues.
I followed the suggestion above and the workaround in the Beta build blog works, thanks. It forces an update check which you can observe in Windows Update. Which will hopefully allow us to update to a build that does not require us to manually update!!
