I have found out that my Rewards account was suspended today. I was not given notice, nor explanation, and since I'm not one who is constantly checking my rewards, I'm not sure how long this was going on. What I remember is that I had something of around 50k points, as I would use Bing pretty liberally. This is the message I get when going to my Rewards dash: Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement , which may include, but is not limited to: Maintaining multiple user accounts per household Opening more than one user account per individual Residing outside of the supported regions Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards Learn more about the Microsoft Rewards program I have tried contacting Rewards support, but it informs me that because I'm not following the rules, I can't contact support. All the message boxes are grayed out and I can't type in them. I don't even know if I actually did violate ToS, as reading over the rules, it's not presently clear what I might've done. Hi, this happened to me today. I am on xbox series x and suddenly my awards are gone. And also found out it was suspended. WHY??? I just play games, get achievements, complete the quests on the app and now, it's all gone. I don't use vpn, or anything out of the ordinary. This is infuriating

The same for me, account suspended in December, tried the contact help form, all boxes greyed out, used my sons account to use the form only to be told i have no issue once i got contact. Absolute joke, no one wants to help, i have not violated any terms or conditions, had 50,000+ points in my account!
