Rewards Account Suspended without Explanation and Unable to Contact Rewards Support

I have found out that my Rewards account was suspended today. I was not given notice, nor explanation, and since I'm not one who is constantly checking my rewards, I'm not sure how long this was going on. What I remember is that I had something of around 50k points, as I would use Bing pretty liberally.

This is the message I get when going to my Rewards dash:
Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining multiple user accounts per household
  • Opening more than one user account per individual
  • Residing outside of the supported regions
  • Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address
  • Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location
  • Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards

I have tried contacting Rewards support, but it informs me that because I'm not following the rules, I can't contact support. All the message boxes are grayed out and I can't type in them. So I can't ask what I'm not following, nor can I ask for an appeal in case I tripped over a terms of service without knowing, or if it was just a glitch. I don't even know if I actually did violate ToS, as reading over the rules, it's not presently clear what I might've done. If I actually did something that I'm not inclined to correct, I would at least like to know.

(I have had the Rewards account for quite a while, and this is the first time any issue came up.)

I have contacted Microsoft Support, but they had no jurisdiction over Rewards, so they couldn't tell me what I was looking for. They directed me here.

I just want to know: What did I do wrong, was it legitimate, and if/how I can correct it.

    I fill a form but don't reply in. 24 hours.

    I am not break any rules. But my account was suspended. Without any proper reason and you not tell which rules are break my through.

    Firstly you clear How to identify a phone number not enroll another email.

    Earlier it used to show Microsoft Edge Earlier Microsoft Edge used to show that this number already exists, you enter another number, now it was not visible.

    I'm on the ASDA (Autism spectrum disorder with Aspergers) MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT BUT I GET THE DEAF EARS TREATMENT. WHAT IS THE POINT ON PLAYING AN XBOX GAME WHEN I CANT COLLECT THE POINTS.... IT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW AND IM STILL GETTING NO REPLY OR I GET THE PROBLEM SOLVED WHEN IT HASNT... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL HOW IM GETTING TREATMENT. I WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDIA IF IT DOESN'T GET RESOLVED... IM NOT EVEN GETTING TOLD WHAT I DID TO DESERVE THIS SUSPENSION.

    I am aware of that. But I was also directed here by Microsoft support, so I'm kind of running low on options on what to do.

    I also know that sometimes someone who does work with Microsoft responds, so at the very least, it would be able to bring attention to this problem.

    My mistake repeated mobile number is using but always Microsoft edge respond this number is exist but this is not display this message.why ?
