    you need to fill out the form at the bbb site, and attach the screenshot of the ms rewards form that cannot be filled out

    fill out the form at https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint

    attach any screenshots or emails from support needed

    if the webform at Link: https://rewards.bing.com/support cannot be filled out, take a screenshot and attach that

    and any emails or contact info from ms support

    be sure the name and email you use is the same as the banned ms rewards account

    it will take a few weeks
