Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

Be advised, that I sent a request for support to Microsoft on Sunday, November 19, 2023 regarding the issue of not being able to earn mobile points on my iPhone. I received a reply from one of their techs, and here is the info they provided me:

"By the way, as of this moment, there is an ongoing issue about the mobile searches that may not reflect or earn points for now, but rest assured that a team of experts are already engaged in the issue and should resolve and fix this as soon as possible. "

It's been three days so far that I haven't been able to earn mobile rewards points on Bing. The problem is on Microsoft's end, and it is still unresolved.

Exact same problems here! 3 days in a row now! I guess Microsoft Support doesn't even care about this! Very typical of their support.

Yeah I made sure, I only have one Microsoft account but did log out and back in on phone and nothing changed.

they seem to have changed how rewards for searching works.

Bing "PC Search" only recognizes and grants points for about 1 search every 10 seconds.

We used to be able to bookmark 30 searches and open the links all at once, getting credit for all searches in a couple of seconds.

Now you have to slow down the searches to about 10 seconds between them, making the process to earn your PC Search points take 5 minutes if not longer, and requiring much more manual entry.
