My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    first of all it seems that searchs only start counting after search number 3 , that's what it says , and one more thing , u can no longer spam the searchs to complete the required number you need to make a search wait for the page to finish loading or smth like that (seems they added some sort of timer for the search to count ) needless to say its about time to forget abt this program if you dont have the xbox pass...

    Yes, if they would just read what people write it would solve a great deal of frustration. I am still waiting for another response.

    I was using my cell number (the one associated with my account and my only phone number). The screen would go as far as getting a SMS message to verify and then asked me to "add a phone number" which I tried doing, although it is already in the system. I tried using MS Authenticator, but nothing changed. I received a code on my phone (which one would think would be impossible if it can't be found/used on the account). I entered said code but then got a screen indicating "this alias cannot be added to your account." Round and round we go.

    I sent a message to MS and received instructions back on how to redeem points - not even remotely what I asked. Evidently the information I provided was not read. I know how to redeem I just can't get past the error messages. Now I believe my account may be locked. I went so far as to create a PowerPoint presentation with screen shots of every screen. I just don't know how to get it to them.

    This is way more effort than should be required.
