Bing | Microsoft Rewards
A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
So, it's 2024 and this has not been resolved yet.
My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

2024-01-05T21:31:08+00:00 Read a news article on MSN news about this and many feel the same as you do. Microsoft has screwed the proverbial pooch with this revamp. Everyone I know is trying to redeem what they can ASAP before they just screw us all over like they did to a lot of us when it was originally bing rewards! I was so pissed off when I went to redeem for a 12 month gold code and my account got flagged for no reason. I had enough points then for two to three 12 month codes just on my one and only account.

2023-12-01T21:19:38+00:00 it's time for everyone to move the PlayStation like I'm going to do because if the XBox doesn't give me my 40th week rewards app streak this week then I lose out $2,500 points which would give me enough to get $100 gift card which I was going to buy a console with and put that towards and if they don't do that if they take that away from me that I've been planning on for almost a year and now they want to just bring this upon their customers cuz they don't care about the customers at all any longer and they just keep cutting rewards programs and stopping everything that was ever good about the rewards program then they're going to lose customers cuz I'm going to PlayStation I'll take the rewards points that I have I'll buy controllers and I'll sell them to everybody and go buy a PlayStation instead because I'm done being treated like **** by Xbox and taken for granted by Microsoft

2023-12-01T07:32:44+00:00 Same problem here, it's been a week or so search points have been a problem. Started with cell search points only adding half the searches & not showing on the daily points but noticed it did add to the available points number. That started half working again points showed back up on daily but still have to do extra searches for the points.
Now PC search is messing up with only 5 points for today & no credit to dally or available after that. Same as cell search on PC too that only some searches give points others not this week before it quit altogether today.
