My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I do Rewards through Edge and get this issue. Tried sending Feedback or something through the link, no reply, not even an automated email saying they got it.

Will try the time delay tomorrow someone mentioned.

I also noticed recently the Trending on Bing line that I use to do searches is messed up on the Bing homepage.

I am wondering the same about points disappearing. I tried cashing in some of mine for a gift card, but MS wanted me to verify my identity but then wouldn't take my phone number because it wasn't an allowable "alias" whatever that means. I haven't tried again but I need to because I have a lot of points I don't want to lose. And just to add to my irritation last night I was 5 points away from the 100 for cell search and after doing about 150 different searches on Bing via Edge and Google it would not give me the 5 points needed to get to 100. I am/was so ticked!

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

Hey! I am suffering with this too, lose 12 points bonus of Edge, additional taskes just give 1 point instead of 5, searches does not work good too, right now I was doing it again, then I received this message, Microsoft screwing us. (translated to english)

What I've seen is I no longer get credit using Firefox, only Edge. I haven't tried Chrome because I don't use it. I also don't get credit for mobile searches except with the bing app. I used to get credit with Firefox mobile browser, but not anymore. I also believe there is a few seconds cool down, but Microsoft won't release what it is. You can't just fire off searches as fast as you can to get the points.

So, everyone, I've just tested something and found what's happening.
Before that you could search anything with no downtime, now you have to wait at least 5 seconds before doing another search.
I've reached my quota today and I did just that, waited 5 seconds and did a search, rinse and repeat and got it to the quota
