I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

For me , this has been going on for almost two weeks. Microsoft is going to screw us out of being able to redeem points or cash. The are not responding to my requests.
This has been going on since Yesterday, 12/13/23 and no points are showing up.
Actually, that has nothing to do with my issue. However my son is a gamer, hasn't gotten the PS5 yet, and I can relate to your response.

The points were not added to my account, and today, 235 points earned from phone and laptop searches are missing. Can you also add these to my account?

That’s not snarky fanboy stuff. Microsoft has taken the only thing that set still set them apart and stripped away what made it worthwhile and then left it broken and unusable… rather than, idk maybe make games we wanna buy.
