The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Bob, delete every one of these posts that have your phone number in them. Do it as soon as possible for your own safety. You can never trust the internet.
Unfortunately, I'm living this nightmare also. I get the same replies, the same closure of service requests. Absolutely nothing gets fixed, nothing gets looked into.
After 11 years at least, I can not and will not be able to earn another gift card.
I'm sure this last is the same also. This is where I mention that I can donate my points for charity donations from Microsoft to my favorite charity's, and I can still enter sweepstakes with my rewards points. I just cannot trade in my rewards for gift cards and Microsoft Rewards does nothing to fix this nightmare. Even though so many of us have EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE, it is like Rewards Customer Support is approaching the same exact issues with completed ignorance, like they have never seen or heard anything about this concern.
Please understand you are not alone. We are all literally in the same boat.
