How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

Did it take any time after they said it was reinstated for you to be able to get on the account? I filed a complaint with BBB and actually got a response and they said they reactivated about a day ago as of this response but it still says its suspended, just wondering if I just need to do something on my end or just wait a little bit

My account was just reinstated by Microsoft after I complain to the BBB I got all my points back only thing I didn’t get was my streak which I was kind of mad about because I had 660 some days streak but at least my account is now working

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I am having trouble redeeming points. This is the 3rd day and 6th hour ,,,,,how can I get help .....

Use a different microsoft account that is not restricted and go to the same contact page and put the restricted info on it and then it will let you contact support I just did this and it worked.

I did like a said I only sent in one and they got back to me within 72 hours. There’s a couple hurdles you have to jump through but they’re not very hard the whole process took about two weeks.
