The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

It's really difficult to talk to a human at microsoft, they will just direct you to the blackhole you can throw tickets into.
Filing a complaint with a regulatory or oversight body like the better business bureau will make it so you will likely get a response (not necessarily a good one)
That’s way too long and you should be ashamed of themselves for not getting back to you. I am still working on this. I’m not a person who just gives up very easily believe me they will get tired of hearing my voice.
