Opening emails is not rewarding towards Microsoft Rewards

I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

    No problem! Glad to know it also works in Firefox. This also verifies that it's a rewards issue and not a browser issue as I originally thought. I'm sure they will fix it, hopefully it doesn't take too long to figure out what's wrong.

    EDIT: I just had a thought. I use the Bing app on my phone for my searches, and you can see that they haven't updated it yet with the email searches. Further down the page, it shows how many PC and Phone searches you have done, but it also still has the old Edge search counter for PC that they stopped using probably 2 years ago. Perhaps they are working to update the Bing app to reflect the email searches and will use the spot where the Edge searches are currently showing? If not, they should!

    I have a 1025 day daily streak going, it is defiantly Microsofts issue. I have 4 tickets with total of 6 missed checkmarks and 2 missing puzzle pieces. It is so frustrating.

    This will be the 6th time I have missed a check mark and now have lost 2 puzzle pieces since the beginning of May. They know it is an issue, but just fail to respond other than a blanket email that states to provide proof of the missed earnings. Also, make sure to take screen shots of the email counter not going up each day, multiple times a day. Flood the Microsoft rewards support with this issue.

    Bing reward's support is done by some ***stupid REVENGE AI.***Same issue. It's happened twice before and today is the third freaking time. I'm tired of losing all these potential puzzle pieces and 100+ points due to broken email reading streaks. zero actual help FROM HERE!!.
