Opening emails is not rewarding towards Microsoft Rewards

I'm opening emails and Outlook and it is not being counted or accounted for in the rewards. As for this morning, I've opened up 6 /6 emails and none have been rewarded so it's still 0/ 3.

2025-06-03T11:06:54+00:00 Yep, same here—it's ridiculous. Losing streaks, lost points, and zero actual help. The ‘cool down’ excuse just makes it worse. If support won’t respond, what’s even the point of calling it support? This shouldn’t be happening at all.

2025-06-03T22:45:26+00:00 I have submitted the 'ticket' to the support (Rewards Support)- and hope to hear from them soon.
I hope to get a favorable response though in past, lost many points because of this and they had the typical answer of streak etc.
If many of us contact support, the AI bots may wake up.

2025-06-03T14:09:33+00:00 This is not working for me as well. Has been working fine everyday since I started (about a month and a half ago). I didn't realize it wasn't working yesterday and I lost my streak because of it. Please fix this Microsoft!

2025-06-03T12:38:39+00:00 Having same issue with not getting anything for checking my email now, for the last few days up to now June 3 2025, logged into Outlook and opened emails in Chrome, Samsung Brower, and Edge, still nothing. Been trying to do this for last few days to see if they fixed it nothing. Microsoft is terrible!
