Very disappointed with Microsoft rewards, I have enough points to redeem for a gift card and it says
There’s an issue with your account or order Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.
I contacted customer support over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply even though it says you will get a response within 24 hours. Please can someone sort this out, I have redeemed in the past and has no issues but now I can’t redeem anything which isn’t fair on me.

Yeah agreed. Microsoft is too big of a company to have these problems. It's also disappointing that they don't communicate why or give more updates about the problem itself. Just seems they don't care about their Rewards program as much as the consumer does. It's quite sad. It's a cool system if it works lol.
everytime im hearing these comments im getting more annoyed at Microsoft Rewards, ong they need to do better and treat their company better instead of not helping us with the "error" page.
When the option to redeem something isn't there, they can "run" out. I've had MS support email me and tell me that before when I asked about things disappearing before. I really hope they can solve not being able to redeem anything though. Too many people that can't even use the thousands tens of thousands of points they spent time to collect because of this weird error or bug.
