I can't add a phone number to my microsoft account on microsoft rewards.

I clicked "add phone number" on manage how to sign in with microsoft. I then added my phone number and recieved no text. I resent the code and yet recieved no text. I restarted my phone, reset the wifi and looked at other articles with people having this problem. Nothing helped. Please don't send me the microsoft help page on this issue because that hasn't fixed the problem.

    When we put the number, to add to account It says "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

    And the title of the page also changes to "Blocked"

    It's been a nightmare trying to redeem my points....I have been doing all that I could but to no use.It seems that Microsoft has run out of rewards and is using this double-faced scheme (aka HUMAN VERIFICATION) to hide the fact.

    ive done the instructions but when i click on add phoen number , i do the human erification and then when i get back to the page it shows no number added , i do it 3 4 times and still no change but if i add an email it works fine
