Microsoft Rewards not recognizing my phone number to redeem.

The past couple of months I used the Microsoft Rewards service gave me little to no issues, but the past 2 weeks has been giving me a MAJOR issue. I use the service for my monthly redemption of Robux, and it gave me no issues until the "Phone verification" page popped up. It's asking me to receive a code.... but without a prompt to add my number. All the page asked me is that "You don't have a phone number yet." and a link to my Microsoft account info where it shows my details, including my phone number that's associated with my account. I removed and added back my phone number, added different phone numbers from other people, change my email address and its primary alias, but it still gave me the same light blue box to add a phone number. Can I get help to redeem my 16k points?

2024-07-22T16:49:44+00:00 I cant even use my phone it just comes up with an error message when i put my phone in and i have contacted the rewards support multiple times and i can say this microsoft please do something anything they dont get back to us about issues they ignore us you know your loyal customers that are having issues and its making your rewards service look like a scam now because we cant even redeem for anything with out a phone and guess what they are not letting us add phone numbers to accounts.

2024-03-27T20:16:30+00:00 I have spent many hours on this this week. I filed a ticket with support and they sent a generic response of what to do to claim rewards. I then tried the link in that mail (to use if it wasn't solved). This took me to a chat and I found out they closed my ticket. and that chat person said to contact Accounts, so I was sent to them, in the same chat and they said I needed to contact rewards which sent me back to start. I replied to the "generic" email but wouldn't be surprised if it's an address that doesn't take replies.
I also tried to do the app thing and I also tried to do authenticator. Neither thing could send me a code to my email even though it claims to of sent it there. this is so frustrating!
ETA: I finally got a code an hour later! i wasn't sure which thing to put It into and the one i tried didn't work. i had closed the web pages by that time and not sure how to get back to the 2nd place that required a code.
I don't know why they can't have an option to send a code to your email, but that would be too easy!

2024-03-10T23:46:40+00:00 I have the same issue.... well had. I still can't redeem on desktop (edge app), but if u download the 14+ bing app on your phone it works so I just use my phone to redeem instead of my PC.
