I joined the waitlist about 10 days ago and got access a few days ago. However, when I attempt to use Bing chat in Edge, it always pops up a screen and tells me that "Chat mode is only available when you have access to the new Bing." I have signed in with the account to which the access has been granted. How do I resolve the issue?

I have the same problem. I did not get email regarding receiving access to bing, but the prompt itself says "You're in! Welcome to the new Bing!". And after I click Chat Now I get navigated to chat and see the same prompt again.

The same issue, but after removing the cache it says you are on a waiting list, even though I had access earlier.

i have the same problem! have you solved the problem? i suppose it might be the case that there were too many trying to get into the chat that caused this problem.
