One of them lied to me saying "a fix was carried out" and that "I shouldn't have that error anymore". NOT!
You all seem to be experiencing the same thing.
My 5 Microsoft accounts were locked by Microsoft, I tried asking Microsoft customer care but they were only given a link. My account is currently still locked.
I have tried using various telephone numbers but still can't open it.
Same they only said they invetigating it and no reply for 1 month
This has not been solved at all. I have made two tickets and they are all ignored!
