Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

    I have won the £400 prepaid gift card and have been waiting for my weblink to redeem the reward but no emails since I won it. I contacted support as suggested on the reward and provided the number they advised on the reward, the next day I am receiving the "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" error. I am not, nor I am using VPN I am literally in the same country and have not changed domains.

    No response from the support regarding the prepaid gift reward, yet..

    I won the £400 gift card then i pressed spin again and i've been locked out ever since.... i've contacted them and made posts an had 0 decent responses.
