Why am I getting "Oops! Looks like you're on the go" in Microsoft Rewards?

So I'm just trying to complete my daily rewards, and I get this message. I use a VPN so I don't know if that's the problem, but I need to use a VPN because Czechia gets literally 1 daily reward A MONTH!!! And the message also sometimes pops up when I'm not using a VPN. So can someone help me get rid of the message? If not, then at least add daily rewards for Czechia daily and not monthly.

2023-05-23T15:31:02+00:00 This is almost Identical to what happend to me too.... I played spin the wheel 3 times using 200 pts per spin. The 3rd spin I won 500pts. Then it proceeds back to the reward page where I get the following message: "Microsoft Rewards points are only redeemable in the country/region they are earned in" . I have read through a few pages and can confirm that no VPN was used or is being used, I have not moved nor used my account out of the city nevermind country. I have also cleared my browser and cache to no avail. I honestly do not feel comfortable updating my account and adding Xbox Live again as I am unsure what the issue is with my and seems to be a quite a few others accounts.

2023-05-25T17:27:38+00:00 Same issue here but in Canada. No VPNs or traveling. Simply got a notification from Microsoft Rewards in Edge to Spin the Wheel, won 500 pts right away (cool!), tried to play again, was redirected to my rewards page which displayed the "Oops! Looks like you are on the go!" message.
Could it be that winning 500pts with Spin the Wheel somehow triggers some kind of anti-cheat? I'm seeing a trend in these comments.
