To be able to do that,

Go to the Microsoft account family page and add your family members.

Now visit your family leaderboard in Microsoft Rewards to give points. See link below:

https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/community/

Note that a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. While level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time.

    so, rn I have around 1068 points and i'm trying to redeem something because im really close to it, but now I can't because the searches won't count for me What do I do?

    You have to make sure you have point division enabled so u can divide ur points for different stuff.
