To be able to do that,

Go to the Microsoft account family page and add your family members.

Now visit your family leaderboard in Microsoft Rewards to give points. See link below:

https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/community/

Note that a level 1 Microsoft Rewards member may only give or receive 1,000 points per calendar month. While level 2 members may give or receive 5,000 points per calendar month. These limits may change over time.

    All of a sudden, Microsoft pulled away the option to Send and Receive points from the family members. I no longer see that option in the Family Leaderboard in the community section.

    I was just looking into this and on one of the accounts our family has this is the message that comes up when trying to look at the community. I believe this is the main account for our family and I know it is the one that we use for microsoft365 subscription.

    Redeem more with family

    Add family members so that they can start earning great prizes and to share points and great offers!

    By creating a Microsoft family, you can create a family calendar to plan events and create a Family Onenote for grocery lists, notes, and more

    I have given points to my daughter many times. I can no longer do it for some reason. Obviously I know how to. And like others I no longer can. I went to community. I see my family list. But no place does it allow me to click on her or click give points or anything anymore. So something is messed up and it should be fixed instead of giving the same b.s. message of how to do it (when that no longer works) fix your **** Microsoft.
